Media Type Definitions

Basic: Overhead projector and screen only
Expanded Basic: Show video programs in DVD or VHS format (video monitor display), play audio CDs, show transparencies (overhead projector).
Media Lite: Show video programs in DVD or VHS format, play audio CDs, show transparencies (overhead projector).
Media Lite + PC: Same as Media Lite room, but a computer is provided in the room.
Full Media: Same as the Media Lite room but can also display output from built-in computer (PC).
Full Media Aud.: Classroom with full media capabilities, typically with tiered seating and capacity greater then 90.
Video Conf.: Same as the Full Media room, but can also connect by video in real-time with remote-site classrooms.

Space Reservation

Student organizations wishing to reserve spaces maintained by the Dean's Office must fill out and submit a Room Reservation Request a minimum of 24 hours prior to the requested date. However, space is often reserved weeks in advance and advance planning is highly recommended.
