Continuing Education
Many attendees are using Conference attendance to fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain professional licenses. We will supply Certificates of Attendance upon request. Please check the box on the registration form if you would like a certificate.
Registration
To register please download, complete and return the registration form in the Conference brochure (pdf) or register on-line here A fee of $150.00 will be charged for registration, social, luncheon, and a copy of the printed Conference proceedings. Pre-registration by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail is encouraged, or you may register on-line. We encourage you to send a qualified substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees will be available, if requested in writing, and received by March 20th. After March 20th, there will be a $30 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after March 26th.
Location and Lodging
The Conference will be held in the meeting room in the Lower Courtyard of Bank of America, 100 North Broadway, Wichita, Kansas.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Broadview Hotel, 400 West Douglas, Tel: 1-316-262-5000 or 1-800-362-2929. A special conference rate of $89.00 plus taxes for single to double occupancy has been arranged. Please make your own room reservations and mention that you will be attending the Oil Recovery Conference. The hotel is within walking distance to the Bank of American building.
